After a municipal work crew inadvertently introduced him to dowsing, the ancient art of divining water, he went on to develop his insight and skills at places such as The Ozark Research Institute where he studied with the renowned Harold McCoy. With his ever-helpful “Angels,” Bill’s career bloomed as he traveled to legendary horse racing communities.
